Uchechi "Uche" Agomuo is a seasoned engineering and infrastructure specialist boasting three decades of high-level management expertise across four continents. In his role as Managing Director, he spearheads the accelerator's commitment to industrializing African agriculture, converting local opportunities into large-scale, bankable infrastructure projects. His distinguished career includes vital leadership roles at GE and Procter & Gamble, where he steered global manufacturing initiatives. Uche holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering.

Mr. Lynch brings nearly 30 years of expertise in economic restructuring, institutional credit, and the facilitation of public-private ventures. His professional journey began in credit analysis at Standard & Poor's before transitioning to investment banking at JP Morgan and Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Lynch built and led minority-owned manufacturing and distribution ventures serving global markets. He is renowned for his ability to navigate the intersection of high-finance, government policy, and entrepreneurship, having managed the deployment of over $1 billion in capital.
